Navigating life after cancer treatment can leave you feeling anxious, isolated and craving a greater sense of inner peace. You may feel less confident and find your resilience has lowered. Your nervous system may feel dysregulated and you may notice you have less tolerance to daily stressors. 

Perhaps your values and beliefs have changed, maybe you want to make the most of your time now, but you’re not sure where best to focus your attention and what would leave you feeling fulfilled?

This unique programme is designed to re-energize, empower and help you build your toolkit to thrive in your next chapter. It’s a safe space for you to come home to yourself, your body, let go and heal. Perhaps you feel isolated or like life is moving at a quick pace, but you can’t stop the intrusive thoughts in your mind.

The Survive to Thrive programme is where you can learn the tools to support your mental, physical and spiritual health after cancer. You’ll be part of a kind, like minded community of women focusing on health and healing.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE AND MENTOR

Hi, I’m Sophie and I’ll be leading the course. I’m a Breath & Holistic Cancer Coach, Energy Healer & Meditation Teacher. For almost a decade I’ve immersed myself in the world of healing after cancer treatment as I wanted to figure out how to thrive with a cancer diagnosis. 

After being diagnosed with blood cancer in 2014, I finished chemotherapy feeling isolated, confused and living with PTSD from the treatments. On my healing path I became my own guide spending years researching and training in holistic health. My explorations took me from a place of survival to thriving. It was a process of rebuilding and I’m here to share those tools with you.

I have more than 10 years of study and experience in the field of holistic health. I work with clients globally in a personalised, trauma-informed way using conscious breathwork, nervous system tools, energy healing, mindset coaching, movement and visualisations. 

I'm the founder of Trew Fields, the world’s first cancer awareness festival and a big believer in the power of a supportive community for health and healing. Since 2015 I’ve been working in the health & wellbeing space running a wide range of workshops and events for those living with and beyond cancer. I empower people beyond a diagnosis to take an active role in their health, realize their self-healing abilities and to achieve their unique goals.

  • This is a space for you to share, feel held, understood and have accountability for your goals. Please know There is no obligation to share, and even by listening to others we can learn and heal.

  • I’m aware life is busy and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, we will go at a step by step pace. You will still have access to the replays after the course is finished, so you can come back to them in your own time.

    Each week there will be 2.5 hours of live sessions (breathwork & self healing journey & group coaching) and a short 15 minute personal practice or exploration given to you for the week.

  • Absolutely. This programme has been created to fit around you and your busy schedule. Sessions will be arranged in the evening and an additional session in the daytime for those with children or working from home.

  • The live sessions will be on Zoom, the video library will be shared through Vimeo links and the session recordings will be shared with you via email.

  • Yes, all content will be recorded so you can watch the sessions back in your own time. You will have access for a year after the course.

  • This is a safe and confidential space. Usually people find group sessions very helpful and supportive. There is no obligation to share and you are welcome to send me questions via the chat or email.

    We can learn so much from each other especially when we are listening and realise our similar experiences.
