About Sophie
Hi, I'm Sophie
At 23, I was diagnosed with blood cancer.
That experience led me to spend the last decade supporting people through and beyond cancer with breathwork, nervous system support and mind-body tools — helping them navigate one of life's hardest experiences with more calm, confidence and hope.
Today I'm the Mind-Body Medicine Lead on the Yes to Life Advisory Panel — the UK's leading integrative cancer charity — and the founder of Trew Fields Festival, the world's first cancer awareness and holistic health festival.
Everything I teach comes from both professional training and lived experience.
